This fabric is an original back satin selvedge made of thick yarn, sulfide-dyed in an olive color and then tightly woven. The selvedge has their silver lame thread to represent the Japanese sword, and can be seen on the sides of these pants. These are based on military baker pants, with a sleek silhouette that isn’t too wide. The iron pine tree buttons are tucked to better match the heavy fabric, and you can look forward to years of fading as you wear these pants in.
